The title of the movie is Taken.
ReplyDeleteIt's a very violent movie. I'm still under the influence of this movie, so my comment is likely to be superlative!
This is a French thriller starring with not very famous actors, so no need for you to know their names.
The movie is about a former spy relies on his old skills to save his estranged daughter, who has been forced into the slave trade. The movie covers a hot topic too, kidnapping young women to force them to prostitute, and all the business this involves. So the former spy have to come to Paris so as to find his daughter, which seems to be in a prostitution traffic, drug etc..
Definitely must see!

Starring Liam Neeson, this is a French thriller.
Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of violence, sexual content and some drug references.

ReplyDeleteFollowing all the sad events of a young and poor Indian boy of a Bombay shanty town, Slumdog Millionaire was a big success and a very moving film.
ReplyDeleteIt`s a sad movie with a few horrible scenes, but fortunately, the end is happier than the beginning.
The actors were not very well known before acting in this movie, but as it had a huge success, I think the main characters are going to be very famous.
This film deals with the life story of a nineteen year old Indian boy, Jamal, who participates in a TV game and is accused of cheating because all his answers are correct.
During the movie, there are a lot of flashbacks which show us which terrible events of his life helped him to know the good answers.
For example, many young children had to work for a man to have a roof, and this man needed a blind child to sing in the street to make more money.
So, the man burnt one child eyes.
I liked this film and I think that everybody must watch it. It`s a good Humanity lesson.
Blow is drama based on the real life story of George Jung, an American cocaine smuggler. Rated PG-16 for intense sequences of violence content and drug references.
ReplyDeleteStarring Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz, for me it is an excellent movie.
George moves to Southern California with his friend "Tuna" and they plan to earn money selling marijuana. Barbara Buckley introduces them to her friend Derek Foreal, the main dealer. With Derek's help, George and Tuna make a lot of money. As the demand grows, they decide to start buying the drugs directly from Mexico with the help of a few Mexican drug dealers.
George is arrested in 1972, at which time his girlfriend dies of cancer. But George finds a new ally who proposes the idea that he become the American conduit for Colombian Kingpin, Pablo Escobar.
For me, this movie is so good it deserves 5 stars.
Broadcast in 2000, Cast Away, which gathers at the same time Helene Hunt and Tom Hanks is really a beautiful movie.
ReplyDeleteWhereas in France this kind of movie can be seen by everybody, in the United States the rating is PG-13, so it's forbidden for people under the age of 13 years old. This could be explained for some intens images and action sequences. For instance When Tom Hanks, who plays the role of Chuck Noland has to pull one of his teeth out because it hurts him too much, or when he finds the corpse of one of the two pilotes of the plane.
So in this movie, working for Fedex, Chuck Noland, played by Tom Hanks, has to take a plane which crushes down at the heart of the Pacific Ocean. He is the only survivor so he has to adapt himself to the life on the Island. He must learn: fishing, building cabins...
Because he is alone he makes a ball his best friend and he even speaks with it (or maybe "him").
After 4 years on the island he succeds to build a raft and he is rescuded by an another ship.
I don't know how many stars I would give to this film, but certanly a lot! Indeed, first I could emphasize the beautiful landscapes of the movies, but above all, I was really impressed by Tom Hanks interpretation because I think he manages to catch the attention whereas he is almost the only actor of the film! And he mustn't be so easy!
The title of the movie is LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL.
ReplyDeleteThis is an Italian almost human movie.
The principal actors of this movie are Roberto Benigni, Nicoletta Braschi and Giorgio Cantarini.
In 1939, the war was drawing near in Italia.
Who always keep smiling on his face
The protagonist is Guido who is Italian of Jewish origin and always kept smiling.
He was in love with Dora who is an elementary school teacher.
By and by, they got married and had a baby boy whose name is Joshua after difficult situation of effort.
They lived a happy life everday.
But when Joshua became five years old at birthday, the war befell the family in the end, they were send to concentration camp by Nazi Germany.
It was under the control by despair and death. But Guido always had positive cheerfulness and smile. In the course of time, it was made a miracle for his family by his tender.
I really like this movie.
I was taught about what is the most important in my life by this movie.
This is one of the most impression movie in my life.
The title of the movie is 50 First Dates. This is a romance movie and all ages can watch this movie. Starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.
ReplyDeleteAdam Sandler played Henry who falls in love with Lucy who has a defects of memory. Lucy was played by Drew Barrymore.
Henry talked with Lucy at cafe and he talked to her next day but she didn't remember about him. She had a serious car accident so she had only short-memory. She can't remember everything after day and her memory always stops same date. Henry tried to talk with her many times using many ways. She never remember him but a small thing changed after he left from her. She always painted his face on a sketchbook though she didn't know who is he. When he knew about that, he decided not to give up and they got married and had a baby. She always watch a VTR about her life when she woke up so she always surprised. However, everything; meeting him, kissing him and meeting her child is the first time for her so she was so happy everyday.
I think she is happy because she could meet nice man even though she had a serious problem. This movie is very beautiful romance story.
Forest Gump is a Movie based on the book by Winstom Groom.
ReplyDeleteThe main actor, Tom Hanks gained 1 Oscar for best actor.
Sitting on an bench, Forest Gump tells the peaople, waiting for the bus, about his live and the special events which have passed.
He had a very exciting live with a lot of important events, e.g. Vietnam War.
Altogether got the film achieved 6 Oscars and 3 Golden Globes.
I would say Forest Gump is an exemplar for a succsessful Hollywood movie and a must have been seen by nearly everyone.
